Saif Travel & Tours Refund Policy
At Saif Travel & Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes necessitate changes to travel plans. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established a clear and comprehensive refund policy outlined below.
Cancellations by Client:
30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of Rs: 1000 per booking.
15-29 days before departure:50% refund minus a processing fee of Rs:1000 per booking.
7-14 days before departure:25% refund minus a processing fee of Rs: 2000 per booking.
6 days or less before departure: No refund.
Please note:
Cancellation fees may vary depending on specific travel arrangements (e.g., non-refundable flights, cruises). We will inform you of any applicable fees at the time of booking.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days after confirmation.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of trips or services once the trip has commenced.
Cancellations by Saif Travel & Tours:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, airline schedule changes), we will offer you the following options:
A full refund of all monies paid.
A rebooking to an alternative trip of equal or lesser value with no change fees.
A credit voucher for the full amount paid, valid for future travel with Saif Travel & Tours.
Exceptions:
No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather events, personal emergencies, or changes in government regulations.
